Crab Rolls

Ingredientes: 

1/2 lb. crabmeat
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbs. cumin
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs. chopped parsley
oil for pan frying

Instrucciones: 

Directions
Mix crab, beaten egg, tomato juice, bread crumbs and seasonings. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and chill for three hours. Roll out the mixture to form cylinders, approximately three inches long. Pan fry in a single layer, turning half way through when the bottom begins to brown.

When both sides are brown, the crab rolls are done. Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve hot.
