Basic Soft Beef Tacos

Ingredientes: 

1 lb. ground beef
3 ounces taco seasoning mix
4 taco tortillas
3/4 cup water
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup taco sauce
(any other toppings)

Instrucciones: 

Sauté ground beef in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat 7-8 minutes , breaking up meat, until browned and cooked throughout. Stir in seasoning and 3/4c. water and divide into taco shells. Top with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Serve with taco sauce.

Sammys suggestion:
serve with re-fried beans or mexican rice

Pork Chops Italiano

Ingredientes: 

4 boneless pork chops, about 1/4 lb. each
1 cup fat-free Italian dressing

Instrucciones: 

Optional: Place pork chops in a shallow dish and pour dressing over. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 hours or overnight.

Marinate pork chops with Italian dressing (20 min.) Prepare grill or broiler. Grill or broil for 7 minutes for each side or until desired color.
